Comprehensive Renovation of Substation 2 with MIOBOX

Challenge

The substation had equipment and infrastructure not compliant with RETIE standard, deficient installations, and a corrosive environment, with unexpected energy losses.

Approach

• Installation of 440 Vac and 220 Vac distribution panels, each with a capacitor bank for reactive power control.
• Per-circuit energy measurement linked to the MIOBOX platform.
• Implementation of a cable tray and PVC conduit system.
• Installation compliant with RETIE standard.

Substation completely renovated and fully metered, with real-time per-circuit energy management.
