Mechanical maintenance

An automation project counts for little if the equipment it controls stops on a mechanical failure. We cover preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment installation and diagnostics, and we manufacture the parts you need when the spare will not arrive in time.

What it covers

Preventive maintenance

Intervention plans by equipment and frequency, replacing emergency repair with scheduled downtime.

Corrective maintenance

Failure response with root cause diagnosis, not just replacement of the broken part, so the same problem does not return next shift.

Equipment installation and alignment

Installation, levelling and alignment of rotating and transmission equipment, with post-installation verification.

Welding and part manufacturing

Custom components and structures manufactured when the original spare is discontinued or its lead time puts production at risk.

Equipment diagnostics

Assessment of equipment condition to decide, on evidence, between repair, rebuild or replacement.

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle one-off failures, or only maintenance contracts?

Both. We respond to one-off failures with root cause diagnosis, and we also build preventive plans by equipment when a plant wants to stop operating reactively.

Can you manufacture parts I can no longer source?

Yes. When the original spare is discontinued or its lead time does not match production needs, we manufacture the component to measure from the existing part or from the drawing.

Does this combine with the electrical and control work?

It usually pays to. Many failures that read as electrical are mechanical, and the other way round. Being able to work across all three layers avoids bouncing between suppliers while the equipment stays down.
